Job Description:
We need the following to be consistent in all candidates:
Minimum Requirements: 2+ years in .NET Development
Experience Desired: ITIL framework and workflow through of Release, Incident & Problem Mgmt. processes (Desired: ITIL foundation certified)
For incident management:
- Desired Skills: AppDynamics, Splunk, Microservices, SQL Server,
- Desired Toolset familiarity: Atlassian Confluence (KEDB, JIRA activities & knowledge)
- Desired Familiarity: working in/with engineering to triage incidents and support applications at Tier 2 becoming an SME to train others
For Release Management:
- Candidates must have exposure and experience using/creating-Common Strategies/Approach/Tooling on DevOps practices especially in Continuous Delivery
- (Collaboratively work with software engineering to deploy and operate systems)
- Experience Desired: SQL and MySQL
- Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services(Azure ? PaaS/ IaaS)
- Experience/exposure for scripting languages in DevOps role? (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
- Desired Familiarity: Octopus, Bamboo, Jmeter,
For Monitoring:
- Desired Familiarity working in/with engineering to:
- Help realize monitoring needs, even future state
- Application Monitoring
- Synthetic MonitoringLog Management/Log Services
